• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! :-D

  I will let you know if there are any problems shipping to your country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic shipping are done with United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. I usually ship the following Friday or Saturday. A tracking number is also placed on these orders.

  International delivery times could take up to 2 weeks or more, depending on the local carrier and/ or if not held by customs. (Also, see next FAQ.)

  If using the STRIPE payment option, your order may be shipped 7 days AFTER the order is placed. Unfortunately, STRIPE is Storenvy's "preferred" payment method. They put up to a 7-day hold on payments before I can receive it.

  I recommend using PAYPAL as they don't hold payments and I can ship your order much faster.

• Why is international shipping so expensive?

  Because it is.

  I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) international shipping, as it is the most cost effective. I'm willing to use other carriers like Fedex, UPS, etc, if the customer prefers and is willing to purchase that extra cost.

  Shipping costs depends on the weight of the package and the "zones" of the destination. Because of this, I, unfortunately, will not know the actual cost until the order is packed and weighed by USPS.

  I will refund the difference if the actual cost of the shipping is much less than price charged by the store rate.

• Are the products signed?

  Yes.

  All silkscreen products are Limited Edition. They are signed and numbered.

  As for offset/ digital-printed products, I usually make a small signature where it is not in the way of the product or on the back.

  I can definitely make a "bigger" signature if the buyer requests.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
